Promote promote promote. As you increase your grade the more opportunities will arise, just ask your commander and she will tell you.
Also this Thursday both senior member Facemyers will not be attending.

Please pass along to Cadet (an after the FTX oppertunity)
Utah Wing Cadet Programs & the Blackhawk Cadet Squadron has joined forces with the SLCO Clark Planetarium to provide a unique oppertunity for Cadets.
The Clark Planetarium has offered to allow cadets to help staff three prime viewing locations.
The locations are as follows: The Gateway Mall, Library Square and Dimple Dell Recreation Center.
Their duties will include handing out solar glasses, answering general questions about the eclipse and helping, at Library Square, to assist with directing vehicles to parking locations.
We would like to have at least eight cadets and two Sr Members volunteer to staff this event. Posts will be: two cadets at the Gateway Mall, two cadets at the Dimple Dell Recreation Center, and four cadets at Library Square. At least one Sr member will be assigned to each post.
Cadets (and Sr Members) are requested to arrive at 1700 hrs to get safety briefed and be provided training.
Simple snacks will be provided (candy bar, etc.) Uniform of the day for Cadets is BDUs. Sr Members can wear Polo Shirt or BDUs.
If there are any questions or problems, cadets will be in close proximity to a Clark Planetarium staff member to have questions addressed.
If you can participate - you need to contact the Project OIC - Lt Thomas Quayle at 801-604-4249 as soon as possible
I will be there. Mednick
