I need a drill test and a board Airman First Class
I will be there
Can you pass this along to the Sqdn:
Utah Wing Cadet Programs has received a request for support from the Utah Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center for "actors" to participate in operation "Wasatch Reception 2012".
The purpose of this exercise/operation is to test Salt Lake City's Federal Coordinating Center's ability to receive patients from a disaster which occurred in another state and transport them to local hospitals. The scenario for WR 2012 is that the cadets are a victim of a terrorist attack in Denver, Colorado. They have been stabilized for the flight in a military aircraft which will arrive at the UTANG base. They will be triaged (medically assessed/sorted), tracked and then loaded into ambulances for simulated transport to participating hospitals.
This is a one day exercise – 13 June 2012, between 0800 and 1300 hrs – Utah Air National Guard Base (next to Wing HQ) - no cost for cadets to participate and food will be provided.
We will have an approved Op's Order by 6 June for review by Squadron Commanders.
OIC is 1Lt Tony Auriemma, Comm Officer, SL Sr Sqdn – 801-865-1044 – If you have cadets who want to participate, please notify Lt Auriemma as soon as possible as the cutoff date for sign up will be 11 June.
