Item 1: The Hill Museum trip is Friday, 27 Sep. The Squadron van will be at the armory at 1100 hours. Uniform is BDU, plan on getting back to the armory at or about 1700. The trip is free, you may bring money for your own needs if you wish, bring a snack for the ride.

If you have your own ride, take I-15 North to exit 336, the museum is well marked.

Item 2: (Standing Order) If you are ready for a drill test, a written test or a review board, you must log in right here PRIOR to Wednesday at 1700 hours. There will not be time to schedule these on Thursday when you arrive for the meeting.On line testing (Leadership and Aerospace Tests) must be completed before a drill test will be given.
The PT test can be taken on any PT meeting.
On line tests, PT and drill tests (as applicable) must be completed prior to requesting a promotion board

Item 3: Saturday 5 Oct, 1300 hrs, we will be participating in a clean up of an historic concrete arrow. They were built in the 1920's to aid pilots in navigating the country.

This arrow is located near exit 77 on I-80. We will be arranging to meet at the West Jordan Armory that morning and transporting to the site. Uniform will be BDU, there is no cost. There will be a local tv news reporter with a camera, so PLAN YOUR HAIRCUTS NOW, and be sure your uniform is clean and pressed (though it should be anyway).

Uniform of the Day: PT

Item 1: (Standing Order) On PT meeting nights, there is no written testing, nor review boards. Only PT testing will be conducted.

Item 2: There will be a guest speaker on self defense training. If you want to take part, you must have a parent permission slip signed. The slip will be posted here ASAP. It could not be added to the blog at this date, but will be as soon as it is available.

Item 3: This Friday afternoon is the Hill Museum trip. Details for transportation to be announced this Thursday night. There is no fee for the museum tour. Uniform is BDU, bring a friend or two.

Item 1: (Standing Order) If you are ready for a drill test, a written test or a review board, you must log in right here PRIOR to Wednesday at 1700 hours. Item 2: Rocketry FTX: All money should be in. If you want to go, contact the senior command staff IMMEDIATELY, and get your $37 in NOW. FTX takes place at historic Wendover AFB Friday through Sunday, 20-22 Sep, next weekend.

Item 3: Hill AFB Museum tour in 2 weeks! FRIDAY 27 Sep. Meet a USAF F-16 pilot for demonstration and questions and answers, and there will be time in flight simulators. We will provide the squadron van for transportation, there is NO COST to members or guests, other than any money you want to bring for your own purposes. You may bring non member guests, they will be welcome to attend, but due to time restraints they will likely not get to participate in the flight simulators.

Item 2: IF you are attending the Rocketry FTX, YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR MONEY THIS THURSDAY. We will be collecting the fee and applications for Weber Minuteman this week. $37.00 for students, $25.00 for Cadet Staff and Senior Support staff who are attending.

Item 3: Remember, plan on the Hill AFB Museum tour, Friday, 27 Sep 13. Our tour is being conducted with an F-16 pilot.
