PT Night -

No testing or boards - unless you do it on line

Squadron Fall FTX is coming in a few weeks - it will be an overnight activity - cost will be around $15. More information to come.

Sept 23rd

This meeting is to prep for the Wendover FTX - Uniform of the day is BDUs

(Note: this is a change from the calendar - calendar stated PT gear - help get the word out about the change)

Most of the meeting will be learning how to set-up a GP Medium Tent.

No testing available at the squadron. You can still test On-line.

Boards will be available if needed.

Speaking of Wendover FTX - below is the short version of the packing list - see Lt Coffman or C/Lt Nichols for the complete list:

Full BDU uniform (Hat, rank, etc)
Change of underwear
Sleeping bag & pillow
Orange Safety Vest
Ear protection (for marshaling aircraft)
2 canteens or water bottles
Sunscreen & insect repellent.
$25 to pay for fuel, food, etc...

Sept 16th

Character Development meeting - Lt Col Boyd will be at the meeting - uniform of the day is Blues

Update: Cadet Staff are required to wear a tie with their blues.

Testing and boards are available: Remember, on-line testing 24/7 is also available.

Next weekend (Sept 24 & 25th) is the Wendover Airshow FTX - This is an overnight activity - and - is sponsored by our unit. Cost is $25. See Lt Coffman or C/Lt Nichols for additional details - make ever attempt to attend this fun (but hard) activity.

Squadron Calendar will be sent out here in a few days. Print up a copy and knows what happening in the unit for the next three months.

**UPDATE** DOG FTX WILL BE CONDUCTED ON SAT & SUN (18 & 19th) - BE AT WING HQ NLT 0530 ON SATURDAY - WILL RETURN AROUND 1700 ON SUNDAY.

Leadership Meeting - Uniform of the day is Blues.

Cadet Change of Command tonight -

Senior Staff meeting is set for Friday night (10 Sept) at 1800 hrs.

Cadet Staff training is scheduled for Saturday, 11 Sept - See Lt Stewart for details.

Testing is available on-line - 24/7. Log on to eServices to take the test.

Rocky Mountain Search and Rescue Dog FTX next weekend (Sept 17 & 18th) - cost is $35 - extreme limited slots available - see Lt Fernandez if you would like to go.

Wendover Airshow FTX is coming up quickly (Sept 24 & 25th) - this is an overnight FTX - cost is $25. Phoenix is the hosting squadron - uniform will be BDUs - plan on attending.
