There is a new posting of several forms for this years encampment now at Wendover, Utah. Click on an image to see it in another window where it can be read or printed. Anyone that needs the original PDF forms can send email to trekpepper@hotmail.com to request copies. The part 1 forms has a letter for basics that includes the packing list. Pay close attention to detail. There is also a letter for parents and a map with directions to the base. Parents and family are always invited to the Pass in Review parade which concludes the activity on Saturday (Jun 27). Many pick up their cadets at this time. Air Show Details

Where: Hill AFB Air Show
When: Saturday and Sunday 6 & 7 June.
Gates open at 8:00 First formation at 07:00 then travel en masse to gate check.
Activities will run until 6pm. Plan on a 12 hour day.
What: Duties will include, Assisting Security Police, Lost and Found- Items and Parents, VIP Tent, CAP displays and more.
Who: All available cadets and senior members, we really do need all of you.

Uniform will be BDU's with Military web belt and military issue canteen, camel backs will not be worn in uniform. Uniforms will be in good repair and proper insignia will be worn. Covers will be worn. You will be on public display.
-If you do not have web belt and canteen and cover you will be issued one that will be turned in. at the end of the day.
Cadet Officers and Senior NCO's wishing to attend the VIP Tent will bring Blues, Short sleeve shirt with ribbons and insignia, we will have a changing location. Please submit to 2lt. Tanner caesidious@yahoo.com if you wish to be considered for this assignment in 2 hour shifts.
Seniors' Uniform; any approved cap uniform. Dress according to duty. ie: Flight, Recruiting etc.
FM radios have been approved for use, please bring them if you have them. ISRs have not yet been approved. Please bring them anyway.
Please bring $$$ for food or lunches.
Bring Sun Screen, folding chairs (properly marked), Sleeping bags and gear if you are staying overnight.
Crash space will be offered to those wishing to stay. Please contact Lt. Tanner if this is your desire.

June 4 meeting

This week we will have an Aerospace Activity! The uniform is BDUs and the special phrase for this week is "tbird" + your age. If you are 14, the special phrase is tbird14. This week is also the deadline for squadron patches.
